Ministry of Finance (MOF) and the Tax Department has posted the new TD59 report for the tax year 2020. The report is available both in Greek and English version. Note that this report is formerly known as IR59.
As an employer, it is your obligation to collect TD59 from all the employees regardless of their income. Furthermore, it is important that you provide all the employees with the form. The report should be given uncompleted, with the instructions on the back of the page. Finally, the employees should complete their part of TD59 with pen and handwritten, and return it to the employer as soon as possible.
